GUM CHEWING
INCREASES ALERTNESS

Try chewing gum to feel alert if you have a mid-afternoon slump or have trouble focusing in the morning. Researchers from Coventry University discovered that chewing gum with a mint flavor significantly lessened fatigue. Another study on the topic discovered that chewing gum can lower anxietyand stress while increasing test scores overall and memory by 35%.
