To get enough sleep, make sure to go
to bed and wake up at the same time
every day. While it seems fine to stay up
later on the weekends, it’s actually
better for your body if you continue the
same sleep schedule.
Avoid eating and being on electronics
for at least half an hour before you go to
sleep. Keep your room dark and quiet.
